Neole Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Neole, a local-first expense tracker provided by Estuaire Studio.

Neole is an information tool

Neole helps you capture, organize, and review personal expense and income information. It is not a bank, payment service, financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Neole does not move money, initiate transfers, or verify outside payments.

You are responsible for reviewing each captured draft before saving it and for deciding how to act on information shown in the app. Voice recognition, image recognition, local suggestions, and Apple Intelligence-assisted interpretations can be wrong.

Your data and optional services

You retain responsibility for the information you enter and for the people you choose to invite to a private shared Pocket. Apple processes subscriptions, iCloud sharing, authentication, and other Apple system services under Apple’s terms. Neole’s data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the iPhone app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the App Store version of Neole.
