ARIA Scan Terms

ARIA Scan is provided by Estuaire Studio and is available throughits official App Store listing. Your download and use are also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and theApple Standard End User License Agreement.
1. App licence and purchases
The App Store grants the licence described in the applicable Apple terms. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Current availability, compatibility, features, and prices are shown in your App Store storefront and can change as permitted by applicable law.
2. Your records and responsibilities
You control the receipts and purchase information you capture, import, enter, sync, export, or share. Keep lawful copies you need and protect your device, Apple Account, exports, and backups. Do not use ARIA Scan to process information you are not authorized to handle.
3. Verify important information
Receipt recognition, purchase details, return dates, warranty information, reminders, suggestions, and purchase-intelligence answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review saved records and verify important deadlines, rights, and evidence with the merchant, manufacturer, card issuer, or another applicable official source.

4. Availability and changes
Features can depend on your device, operating system, Apple services, network, plan, permissions, and region. Estuaire Studio may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as permitted by applicable law. Local export remains the appropriate way to keep a portable copy of records you may need outside the app.
5. Intellectual property
ARIA Scan, its interface, branding, software, and original site content belong to Estuaire Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights.
